Community Navigators at the Cary Medical Center Health & Wellness Expo

We had a great day at the Cary Medical Center Health and Wellness Expo on October 3, and really appreciated the opportunity to talk about our Navigator program and the AARP Home Safety Check program that we are offering free of charge.
